ATTENTION: Before processing for a return and refund please verify and make sure your ordered product is from Dealsdom and not from one of our recommended partners - example: Clickbank, Apple or others. This can be verified as shown on the product order invoice/confirmation email you received when you placed the order.
If the order invoice/confirmation email you received for that transaction is from our recommended partners, then please follow the instructions on your invoice to contact the customer service/support of that company for assistance on any issue.
If you bought a product from our partner store/site going through a link on our site and later requested for refund, our partner store pay your Refund Money-Back Directly Only to You with the account details you have with them for that transaction in which we don't and can't have access to by law - It Is Not Legal. They don't pay it to us and we don't request and/or claim it (Refund or Product Money-Back) on your behalf - Let's be clear about this.

Receipt Of Ordered Product/Item
N.B: All the products offered in the Dealsdom catalogue have a 2 year warranty according to European law and all our items leave our suppliers warehouse with the packaging in perfect condition.
- At the time of receipt of the goods/package, it is the Addressee’s responsibility to verify that the receipt of the goods (products) corresponds with that on the order, that the information on the invoice is correct, and that the condition, documentation and packaging are intact. In the case of there being any visible marks which suggest that the goods may be damaged, it is the responsibility of the Addressee to make a note of this on the delivery receipt immediately (whether digital or paper), stating that the merchandise is damaged. If the merchandise is accepted by the addressee without this being done, it will invalidate any later claims made by the Addressee or Client.
- In the event that a situation should occur such as that mentioned here above clause (1), an issue report (hereinafter known as the ticket) will need to be initiated by sending details of the issue from the section for processing issues (Contact Us) on the www.dealsdom.com website.
- The Addressee/Client/Customer is responsible for opening the ticket through the correct channel in relation to the type of issue or advice being made. All tickets received through incorrect channels or without the required documentation will be cancelled automatically.
- Complaints will only be accepted from the Addressee/Client/Customer in the 2 calendar days (48 hours) following receipt. If this time elapses without the complaint having been made, it will be deemed that the merchandise has been received by the Addressee in perfect condition and quantity.
- Dealsdom reserves the right to re-send, refund or require the Addressee/Client/Customer to hold the defective product in their Dealsdom Account Returns panel, depending on which is most convenient.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days following a complaint that has been made/sent upon receipt of the package. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please note carefully: To be eligible for a return, first you (Addressee/Client/Customer) must have sent us (Dealsdom) a complaints issue about the goods receipt within 2 calendar days following receipt of the package as stated above (Receipt clause 4). Then your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging as we outlined in the above Receipt clauses.
Please, be reminded that we're affiliate dropshipping for our supplier partners who made the policy clear as we made it also clear. We both do not accept return of products delivered in perfect condition. We only accept items that follow the procedure and are returned within the time limit of our return policy.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Book with obvious signs of use
CD, DVD, VHS tape, software, video game, cassette tape, or vinyl record that has been opened
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Note Carefully also, We do not and we will not give or approve any refund/chargeback to customers/clients with account record that has the previous issue of "High risk of fraud detected" with/on our Dealsdom store platform.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
Shipping

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

1. After-sales service protocol for customers
Warranty:
All the products offered in the Dealsdom catalogue have a 2 year warranty according to European law.
Complaints:
- Processed ordered product shipments: you, the final customer, has maximum 48 hours to report possible incidents to Dealsdom.com. And we, Dealsdom.com, has 5 calendar days to process this incident with our supplier partners.
- Non-Processed ordered product shipments: Dealsdom has 5 calendar days to check and process this incident.
2. How should you proceed when receiving a shipment?
All our items leave our suppliers warehouse with the packaging in perfect condition.
The first thing you (Addressee/Client/Customer) should do is please check that the number of received packages matches those sent. Second, inspect each package externally with great care in order to see if there are any signs of it having been hit or mishandled, such as bumps, dents, holes, boxes in poor condition, courier seals or any sign that may lead to suspect that the goods may be damaged. It is mandatory to leave a note and signature on the courier's delivery note, either on paper or digital support (PDA), "PACKAGE VISIBLY DAMAGED" if these signs are present. Not signing a package as VISIBLY DAMAGED and then presenting images that show visible damage to it will mean the incident will automatically be rejected.
Please, be reminded that we're dropshippers / affiliates for our guranteed supplier partners who made the policy clear as we made it also clear. We both do not accept return of products delivered in perfect condition. We only accept items that follow the procedure and are returned within the time limit of our return policy.
Dealsdom.com & Partner Supplier Stores do not accept return of products delivered in perfect condition.

3. What can I do in case of an incident? (Broken during transportation, Wrong product, Some products missing, Pieces missing)
At Dealsdom, you will have up to 2 calendar days from receipt of the merchandise to open an incident from your Dealsdom account through the Contact Us link. This term is much longer than the usual 24/36h term offered by other stores, since we want to make it easier for customers to obtain and provide all the necessary documentation. After this period, we can no longer claim transport insurance and our system will not allow you to open the incident.
Once you have accessed the contact area, you must state as the subject issue "Logistics and After Sales channel" to direct your inquiry to the correct department. Then indicate as follows...
• Order not Received , for inquiries about shipments that have not yet been received or for shipments in which you have not received all the packages sent (partial receipt).
• Order Received , to report incidents after receiving all the packages of your order. You must provide all the required documents as requested. Sending incorrect or inaccurate documents, or not sending them, will invalidate the possibility of any claim and will result in the cancellation of the incident.
You will need to provide a clear explanation with as much detail as possible in the Comments field. You must also add the requested images of the object of the claim in the attachments.
4. How do I return goods with manufacturing defects to Dealsdom?
Please follow and observe carefully the details outlined in our Refund & Return Policy here above.
N.B.: The warranty covers manufacturing defects and in no case covers wear or misuse. We and our Supplier Partners will only return the money from the products that have a factory defect, so we inspect those that show any signs of wear or damage closely. In the event of damaged packaging or with courier seals, 100% of the value of the product will not be returned. Therefore, it is important that you (Addressee/Client/Customer) have to protect the returned merchandise with an extra cardboard box so as to not damage the product's own packaging. I hope this point is made clear and understood.
Once the products have been received, the Dealsdom / supplier partner will analyse each one of them and once they have all been verified, a replacement or refund will be made, as appropriate. The payments will be made into the account. The process of checking and refunding the merchandise can last several weeks from receiving it in our warehouse.
5. Return of products in perfect condition
Dealsdom.com & Partner Supplier Stores/warehouses do not buy back or accept return of products delivered in perfect condition.

6. Ordered Product Cancelation:
Buyers have 30 minutes to cancel their own orders, but we can cancel orders up until the minute that we ship. If we have not yet shipped and confirmed the order, we can cancel it.
N.B.: All our items are sent packed in perfect condition.
If any customer wants to return a product received in perfect condition with an excuse saying they changed their mind or that they thought it was product BXXY instead it was product AXXD they ordered, it will be customers responsibility as Dealsdom or our supplier partner will not accept the return in any case. Mistakes of this type can occur and order cancellation within 30 minutes by Buyer is allowed after placing the order.
Remember, by making use of our site to place an order with us, you agreed and confirmed, upon submitting your order, that the items you selected, added to your cart and eventually paid for are the exact chosen desired product/s of your choice at the given price. And also you agreed that you have read carefully our Terms of service and our return/refund policy respectively.
Order/s with "High risk of fraud detected:"
Initial order attempt or any placed order/s detected or flagged automatically by our store platform system as "High risk of fraud detected" will be cancelled/void immediately without notice. And if eventually a subsequent order is placed by the same client/customer using the same credit card or payment method for purchasing the same or other product/s. No chargeback will be granted or approved in their future transaction/s with us on our store.
Reminder: We do not and we will not give or approve any refund/chargeback to customers/clients with account record that has the previous issue of "High risk of fraud detected" with/on our Dealsdom store platform.
7. In which cases will Dealsdom.com & Our Partner Supplier not refund 100% of the product's value?
- If the product has clear signs of misuse, unjustified damage or arrives in bad condition;
- If the product is returned without the packaging, with a damaged packaging, or with transport labels that make the packaging unusable - 50% of the product's value will be discounted; and
- If the product is returned with missing parts or accessories, or if the incident description is not real - the product will not be refunded.
Very important: No refund will be made for products returned to Dealsdom.com & Partner Supplier that are not faulty or whose incident description is not real. They will be stored in our warehouse and you will receive a notice. You will have 7 days of receiveing the notice to confirm if you want the products to be returned to your delivery address after paying for the shipping costs. If we do not receive any confirmation or payment within 7 days, the products will be destroyed in a recycling centre and Dealsdom.com & Our Partner Suppliers will not accept any claim for the products under any circumstances.
8. When is the money refunded?
Once the merchandise is received in our warehouses, and after checking the status of the same, we will proceed to the refund of its amount in the Customer Account. Keep in mind that the refund process could take several weeks to evaluate the merchandise received.
9. What happens if customer do not collect an order?
When an order is not picked up by the recipient, it is returned to Our Partner Supplier warehouse. Once it is received in the warehouse, it is managed automatically by the TSS team and is then passed onto the administration department to process the payment.
The order shipment and the return to the warehouse entail transportation expenses, which the company or person who placed the order must pay for. Consequently, you will receive a payment corresponding to the order return minus the two-way delivery expenses.
Keep in mind that the management process can last several weeks.
10. How long is the guarantee period?
Offering the highest quality and the best guarantee is our commitment to our customers. All physical products / items are guaranteed for a period of two years from the date of delivery, except for refurbished products, which have a 12 month guarantee.
11. What is not included in the guarantee?
- Defects caused by negligence, hits, misuse, tampering, wrong voltage or installation, or wear and tear, are not included.
- In the case of computer products, the guarantee does not cover virus removal, software recovery for this reason or hard disk reinstallation after formating.
12. The guarantee will be void:
- If any detail of the guarantee or the proof of purchase is modified, altered or replaced; and/or
- If the identification number or the guaranteed product is tampered with or repaired without prior authorisation by the Technical Service.
