As a busy professional in today’s fast paced world, I suffered from a problem you may not even know exists, one which you might be experiencing. Every aspect of my life suffered, plunging me into a dangerous spiral of doubt and worry. This kind of despair can be especially affecting. You may not even know it’s coming until you’ve been suffering from it for months or more. By the time you realize there’s a problem, it may be quite advanced and then you start panicking. Worry from such an unknown source often compounds symptoms until you don’t know what to do. Keep reading my story and see what I went through and how I came out again.
Success these days requires a lot of dedication and time and though I knew the risks, I believed I could balance health, private and work life. I approached my career with optimism and held tight to my confidence in my ability to juggle everything successfully.
My symptoms began insidiously in such a way that I didn’t even really notice them. Retrospectively, I might’ve been able to cut them off at the pass had I known what I was going through but my schedule kept me too focused. These things started in the office. My stress levels peaked, making me irritable and apathetic at the same time.
