Delicious, mouth-watering steaks. Chocolate. Ice-cream. Doughnuts. Burgers. We get it! The way these things taste… God! It’s almost worth being overweight.
Do you hate your body when you look in the mirror? Do you feel ugly? Do you lack the energy to work, play with your kid, enjoy your spouse’s company or go out with friends? Do you have a hobby other than eating? Do you lack motivation, power, the physical desire to jump out of bed in the morning?

You don’t love yourself and so you don’t really love anyone. You don’t trust yourself and so you don’t really trust anyone. You feel ugly – and the world around you feels ugly to you.
Is that the way you want to live? Maybe you’re fine with it now, but what about 5 years from now? 10 years from now? 20 years from now? Do you want to live your life being too fat to enjoy it?
I’m rude for a reason – I love you and I want to help you. But I can only help you if you are…
