I don’t want to eat steamed fish and asparagus every meal for the rest of my life. And I’m sure not going to make braised ribs on a random Wednesday.

I don’t want to think about calories, or wonder if I’m eating an entire helping instead of just a bite. I don’t want to worry about my unpredictable family schedule and if they’ll eat my new healthy food or only their hamburger helper. I just want it to work.
I can’t believe how long it took me to figure out how to do this. But now that I have, I’m so excited to show you.
